Privacy Policy

Effective August 10, 2026

DueAgain is designed so your personal maintenance data never needs to leave your device. We do not operate a backend for the app and we do not create user accounts.

Data we collect

None. DueAgain does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data. The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party data SDKs.

Data stored on your device

Item names, schedules, colors, icons, reminder choices, and completion history are stored locally on your Apple device. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets read this data from an Apple App Group container on the same device. DueAgain cannot access this information remotely.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, DueAgain asks iOS to schedule notifications locally. Notification content and schedules are not sent to us.

Purchases

The optional DueAgain Pro purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide developers with aggregated sales and financial reports under Apple’s own privacy practices.

Backups and sharing

You can export a JSON backup using the iOS share sheet. DueAgain creates the file locally; you choose if and where it is shared. Once you send a backup to another app or service, that destination’s privacy terms apply.

Children’s privacy

DueAgain does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else because it does not collect personal information at all.

Changes

If DueAgain’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the change ships. The effective date at the top will be revised.
